Now I am able to say I have over thirty five years’ experience of working in communications I feel very old – but it is the case and during that time I have worked for employers, set up companies, participated in one-off projects, been an external consultant and worked as part of an extended team.

Companies and sectors in which I have worked include lobbying firms, Eurotunnel, Publishers, Authors, the Finance sector, the Arts, Property and the leisure industry. The types of people I have worked with include politicians, the media and business.

I have a broad network of contacts from across the board and across Europe.

As with all of us life does not always pan out as one expects and one gets involved with various projects that one wouldn’t have expected at the outset. One of those recent areas of work for me was running an All Party Parliamentary Group on Islamic Finance which is where I first met two of the JBC team.

Over the years I have acted as Vice Chair of the Public Affairs Group of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and sat on the Board of IPSE – Independent Professionals and Self Employed for three years.

During lockdown and post Brexit I set up a website, Relocation France to help people moving to France to access services.

I enjoy bringing people together both to collaborate on projects and introducing clients and potential clients to interesting opportunities.
